Fertility Treatment Options

Fertilization with Your Own Eggs

When a female is still able to produce healthy eggs these can be used for in vitro fertilization. If she can not carry the child to full term we can assist you in finding the perfect surrogate.

In Vitro with Egg Donation

When a female is medically able to carry the baby, but is no longer producing Healthy Eggs, she will need egg donation IVF. The Eggs can be fertilized with a sperm donor or her partner ́s sperm sample.

Surrogacy Program w/Own Eggs

When a female is able to provide the Eggs needed to create healthy embryos, but is not able to carry the baby. She will perform an IVF procedure and create the embryos. We will then transfer those Embryos to a Surrogate.

Surrogacy Program w/Donor Eggs

This is a Complete Surrogacy Program for Same Sex Male couple, or Heterosexual couple that are not able to perform the Pregnancy. The Donor Eggs can be fertilized with one of the partners Sperm Sample and the resulting Embryos will be trnsferred to a Surrogate.

2. Are you single or in a commited relationship?

Heterosexual Couple

Legally married couple when the female has been diagnosed with any condition that does not allow her to carry the baby. The use of an Egg Donor will also be determined by the doctors or the circumstances.

Gay or Same Sex Couple

Same Sex Male: In order for both Fathers to be mentioned on the Original Birth Certificate, they must be legally married and present their Marriage License. One or both of them can provide the Sperm Sample.
Same Sex Female: When neither of the women are able to carry the baby, they must present a Marriage License in order to for them both to be mentioned on the Original Birth Certificate.

Single Male (Gay or Straight)

Single Male: Must present a witness or a responsible party who can vouch for the individual, no criminal history, no sexual watchlist. Must have family ties who can be responsible for the child.

Single Female (Gay or Straight)

Single Female: Must have medical justification or diagnosis from Physician. Must present a witness or a responsible party who can vouch for the individual, no criminal history, no sexual watchlist. Must have family ties who can be responsible for the child.

3. Do you already have genetic material frozen in a fertility center?

What country is the Genetic Material Cryopreserved in? Exactly what is cryopreserved and how much.

Frozen Eggs or Sperm (How many vials and how many Eggs?)

Most couples going through fertility or wanting to start a family usually have Eggs or sperm already frozen in a Fertility Center. If they do, we need to know where and see about the shipping to Mexico for the IVF and Surrogacy Program. Shipping Eggs, Sperm or Embryos will have a specific process.

We will need the testing performed on the IPs from when the Eggs and Sperm were provided to Freeze.

Frozen Embryos

We will need to know if the Embryos were created by donor samples or the Ips own genetic material.
If Donor Samples: We will need to see the Donor Profile provided by Clinic
If Own Genetic Material: We will need to see the testing of both participants from the time that the Embryos were created.

4. What country are you writing us from?

This will determine the Legal process and if the procedure can be performed or not. This will also determine the timeframe for the Passport and return home with the baby.

USA

Surrogacy is accepted and easy to return home. 30 days post partem

CANADA

Surrogacy is accepted and easy to perform. 30-40 days post partem

UK

Unknown timeframe and process

AUSTRALIA

Surrogacy is accepted, but the return home will take about 5 weeks. IPs must have US Visa to travel

through USA for conecting flight, or alternative route. Will know more during the already pregnant Ips, from Australia

5. What is your current age and when would you like to begin the process?

Age will determine the requirements for the Program, and also there is an age limit of 55 yrs The combined age or the couple will determine the authorization in USA (100 years)

USA – 100 YRS

If the male and females combined age passes 100, then they will not able to perform a surrogacy program in the USA.
The combined age or the couple will determine the authorization in Mex (110 years). The combined age or the couple will determine the authorization in Mex (110 years)

MEX – 110 YRS

If the male and females combined ages passes 110, then they will need a legal guardian who can accept responsibility for the baby if anything were to happen.

Single Male: 55 years of age

He will need a person under the age of 50 who can sign as legal guardian of the baby.

Single Female: 55 years of age

She will need a person under the age of 50 who can sign as legal guardian of the baby.

Follow-Ups or technical phone call

Gather information: Once we have enough information about the progam they are needing we can provide a quote and timeline.

Donor Database: The majority of the programs will need Egg Donation, you are allowed to send the Donor Database so that the Ips can see what options we have to work with.

Explanation by Alonso: I can get in contact with the customer to explain the progam and everything that is needed. Timeframe, legal, medical, pregnancy, birth, passport etc.

Accepting the conditions and negotiations

Negotiations:

The Ips are allowed to discuss discounts or specific requests regarding the Program. Such as twin pregnancy, dividing the Eggs fertilizing them with 2 different sperm samples.

Additional requested testing such as IQ, Psychological, Keryotype, etc.
An in person visit can be requested to any of the clinics or Puerto Vallarta

Common Ground:

Once the conditions have been agreed to, EDM will send a writen contract with what has been accepted. The Ips will sign digitally and the program can begin. EDM will request specific documentation to begin the Medical and Legal File.
This can be an in person Signing, an online signature, or they can print, sign and return.

Signing of Contracts:

Ips can sign either in person when arriving to visit
They can sign via Docusign online (Erneso will send them the contract)
They can print the contract and sign every page that is within, accepting all conditions.

Witness:

They must have a witness who is willing to sign and provide ID to validate the signature.
EDM will request a witness to the signature, ID and email address of the witness required Documentation of Legal Guardian if one is required.
Documentation of both members of the relationship if they will be participating in the program or have any rights to the baby.
Marriage License, Passport, ID, Electric bill for address, other

Initial Payment:

Once the Contract is signed and the Donor Eggs reserved, EDM will request the initial payment to be made for the first stage of the program.
Once initial payment has been made, the Coordination will now be the responsibility of EDM Staff. One of EDM Patient Coordinators will take over the preparations and the info.

The original sales person can and will be asked to continue the contact throughout the program and only help when needed.
Ips can pay via International Wire Transfer
Ips can pay via National Wire Transfer to an account in USA.

Ips can pay via Cash upon arrival to provide Sperm Sample.
