Puro Peru is a creation of the Peruvian Chef Fernando Tomasini. The decor is intimate and so inviting. Peruvian artwork surrounds you and high mounted TV’s let you watch the masterful chef/owner prepare your meal. Start with the Peruvian Pisco Sour and progress to ceviche prepared like you’ve never had and expertly served by Leslie. Most main courses are stir fry with chicken or shrimp but our favorite is the Lomo Soltado made with the finest beef filet.
