Alfonso Davalos, better known as “Poncho”, was born and raised in Monterrey, Nuevo Leon. One of the largest Mexican cities located in north of the country, famous for being a large business spot in the region and an important steel producer. Poncho decided to move to Puerto Vallarta in 2008 to apply his hospitality skills and knowledge in town. In 2009, he started his first Real Estate approach in a vacation rental company, over there he had the chance to get to know more about the city and the surrounding areas. In 2010 he applied his background in hospitality to his passion; Real Estate sales.
Over the years Poncho became an expert in the area of Puerto Vallarta and Bahia de Banderas, he knows what´s new and next in town; from new luxury developments to hidden cozy restaurants with lavish vistas and food. He enjoys attending and hosting open Houses, he finds a great opportunity to meet new interesting people there.
Poncho focuses to provide the best service to his clients, taking advantage of his hospitality formation he goes the extra mile, always thrilled to introduce his clients into town and to make them feel comfortable with all the sales process through a professional and organized way.
In 2017 and 2018, Poncho had the opportunity to be on TV, on HGTV in a Mexico Life show with his business partner “Paco Adobo”, his pet pig. On his spare time, he enjoys sharing time with friends and his pet pig, he is a dog lover and he tries to help street dogs as much as he can.
