Casa Bella Vista is a rustic, hillside, ocean view property in the barrio El Cerro. This property features breathtaking views of The Bay of Banderas and the surrounding Sierra Madre Mountains. Being situated on the hillside allows us some of the BEST views in all of Puerto Vallarta and no traffic noise. However, getting to the property requires walking up Arroyo del Pedregoso and several stairs to reach the first level so kids under 12 years old and people with mobility or health issues are not suited to this property.
