Vicente Bautista, a pioneer in the hotel and restaurant industry, arrived in Puerto Vallarta in 1965.
In these early years he founded the restaurant “Las tres Huastecas”, which today is standing on Olas Altas Street # 444 pleasing locals and visitors with their homemade dishes and being served by him and his family.
Don Vicente is a cheerful man who shares with us his memories, his own verses and plays his violin from time to time, delighting everyone who takes the opportunity to sit at his table.
Las Tres Huastecas is one of the few restaurants that preserves its originality, an authentic Pata Salada Restaurant; Well, despite all the changes that Olas Altas Street has undergone over time, this family restaurant retains that homemade flavor that has characterized it since its first day.
