Choosing How to Ride

Consider how each person in your party would like to experience the outing. Some guests enjoy operating their own vehicle; others prefer accompanying a driver and sharing the journey. Discuss those preferences before reserving, particularly when confidence and previous riding experience vary.
First-time ATV drivers may wish to ask about the vehicle’s controls, the instruction provided and the expected terrain. Those details help establish whether the route suits your comfort and expectations.

Planning Around the River

If time in the water is important to your day, ask the operator whether swimming will be available during your departure. A waterfall visit alone does not establish access to the water or time for a swim.
Allow some flexibility after the excursion. An unhurried return gives you time to change and enjoy the evening, whether you choose dinner in Puerto Vallarta or return to your accommodation along the bay.
